Fastest support route
Signed-in users can open the in-app Feedback center to create a support ticket and follow its status. Include what you expected, what happened and the approximate time of the issue. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or payment card information.

Roozio Studio
If browser connection fails, create a new QR code, make sure Roozio on iPhone is signed in to the intended coach account and scan the code before it expires. Never share a Studio QR code with someone you do not trust.
Subscriptions
Apple manages App Store billing, renewal and cancellation. Subscription settings are available in your Apple ID subscription management screen. Roozio support cannot view full payment card details.
